This looks like a big Nakiri, but will perform more like smaller and lighter Chinese cleaver. You can use this knife alone to prep a whole meal.

There's also the TC19033 for $33.99 which is a bigger and heavier traditional Chinese cleaver, and my knife of choice.

I bought both to try. The etched flowers and butterflies are an interesting design choice, but much better than that fake Damascus shit.
