Yeah not many have bothered to get their lawyers to send a C&D letter to OzBargain. However there are many who request to be blocked here.
Geez. Wouldn't want free publicity for your promotions or anything…

Also some merchants are exclusive for people in specific trade for example, and they requested their shops to be banned from public.

Have you looked into the legalities of these sort of situations. Is it likely to result in legal action if you were to deny or ignore such requests? Or are you more inclined to take the approach that it's better to not take the risk?
For example MetroMagazine offers, i.e. those free screening sessions. Those are exclusive to teachers.
- They do not wish to have those free screening sessions listed on OzBargain. Fair enough — they are exclusive to a specific trade.
- There is no point of listing them here anyway. You add logistic trouble to that non-profit organisation. They also might turn down all the bookings. No benefit to them nor to OzBargainers.
There are other similar cases where there is basically no point listing their exclusive offers.
There isn't a page that lists all the banned domains. There are currently 538 domains banned for all sorts of reasons. If you put the URL in the submit page it will tell you if that site is banned.
