I am looking for a mobile phone plan, ideally with a handset, that provides a monthly cash back.

Does such a plan exist?

  Sounds like it but I've never heard of an ongoing monthly cashback for anything.

    the best he could probably go for is a 12month jb plan or hn or tgg where they get a gift card up front and not listed on an official tax invoice then just do it month to month (on the contract)

The only method I've seen that comes close is to buy something that includes a handset payment, sell off the handset and use a cheap one with the plan.
