    • In summary, if you activated your SIMs within 30 days, your transactions are now payable in your TCB accounts.

I didn't activate one of my sims within 30 days, but activated it maybe a month ago. Cashback got approved

@tightarse 4/6 are payable yay which might be right. But how is / was Telstra tracking these? Is the order tied to a Sim? How do they know? How can they know for sure? Heck, how do I know.

Is the phone numbers pre determined too or done at random?

Looks like the honeymoon is over for these boost deals, fun while lasted.

Side note, 27/2 spotlight order confirmed but not yet payable.

    • Because the sim card is linked to your order ID. You can even ask the Boost staff to activate the sim card with your order ID without the sim card. I did that once, no issues.

      • Ah that's cool. Thanks for the explanation.

    • Just got my payout a few hours ago, quite fast

Same here, now time to wait for the slow BSB to bank from paypal.

  • Got my payout. Thanks TA !!

      It's a pleasure :)

  • What a shocking first experience with TCB afer being a SB and CR customer for many years!

4 out of my 5 orders didn't track successfully (yes I launched each new order from TCB).

Now after months of waiting, had the one order that did successfully track declined!

    • Hi. Have you read the update on the link below? All SIMs that were not activated had cashback declined. Further, it's impossible to provide details on why the other ones didn't track without investigation. Depends on a number of factors including the merchant you purchased from, code use, AdBlock, Honey, etc. Feel free to ping me with details and I'll look into it for you. Thanks.

      • Hi TA! Thanks for the prompt reply.

I actually placed some orders via a web browser and others via app… so no rhyme or reason why only one order successfully tracked and the others didn't (never had an issue before with SB or CR).

I had no way of determining which of the five SIM cards corresponded to the successfully tracked order, so held off on activating until the tracking issue was sorted out (as pointless activating all of them if I wasn't going to receive cashback for the four untracked orders).

Now I've paid out $60 with $0 cashback.

Anyway I'll PM you with further details.

        • Thanks! So all the untracked were Boost? Anyway, please ping me your TCB email address and the order numbers of each of the Boost SIMs (they start with BO). Please remember however that if they weren't activated, our hands are tied. I may be slow to respond due to public holiday tomorrow. Cheers.

2 sims 1 activated straight away after the purchase and the other was overlooked in the drawer and we got declined both for these 2 sims on topcashback portal with the comments: boost declined the cashback. What’s a joke mate

    • Hi, and thanks for the feedback. I have the spreadsheet sent to us by Telstra and if your order ID (BOxxxxxxxx) is on that list, there's nothing we can do. TopCashbackAU has no idea if you activated or not, only Telstra does. I'll be more than happy to look up your order if you believe there's an error, but beyond that our hands are tied. Of the few thousand orders from this promo, I've so far only had two members reach out believing they had the same issue as yours. After investigating, both confirmed they had so many SIMs, they actually no longer knew which were activated and which were not and conceded it was an error on their part. Hope this helps.

      • Thank you, PM sent
