Hey all, getting slightly disturbed sleep in the mornings due to family. Used to use earbuds but those always fell out and congested earwax in canal.
Tried blocking sound from door which has helped slightly.
Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of earmuffs, or even earbuds, that helps them sleep at night.
Cheers.
Wondering if Anyone Has Any Sleeping Ear-Muff Suggestions?

solid core door
white noise machine or a fan running will drown out a lot of sounds.
This is the way
I’ve tried loop quiet. Does the job. Although they keep falling off my ears because I don’t push them tight enough out of laziness
I use one of these - https://www.amazon.com.au/Headphones-Bluetooth-Headband-Wate…
I had one that had surprisingly good audio quality but terrible build quality, when it broke I moved to the above which have been solid (if mediocre quality). I just fall asleep to audiobooks.
I am constantly bombarded by advertisements for loop brand earplugs… getting to the point where I might half consider it if they go on super sale lmao
I also find asking google to play white noise overnight and volume 7 helps me to get through the night and drown out the voices in my head
