Highly doubt it since its literally called mcdonald's
Price for yellow shows at $113.95 for me.
"imported leather"
not a proper footy
.
Can you tell the difference from imported leather and Australian leather ?
Cow vs kangaroo?
Footballs aren't made from Kangaroo leather
@jksk13: Stingray leather then?
Yep, 100% can tell the difference.
Sherrin KB's (Kangaroo Brand) are made from Kangaroo Leather which is softer, more supple and - without weighing them - lighter to handle.
Anything other than a KB tends to be cow leather and is tougher, less grippy (particularly in the wet) and feels heavier to kick.
Once you've had a KB, you can't really go back.
And don't get me started on Burleys….!
Sherrins are absolutely not made from kangaroo leather
@kurtbryant: I also thought they were kangaroo but you're right.

What' the difference between Match and Training?

Type of leather.
Split leather vs. full grain leather
bounce that pill
Never on 'crete
Damnit, I missed this.. 😪 Need a few of these to take to Portugal when I move.
Looks like there's another listing with red at the same price here, still available:
https://www.amazon.com.au/Sherrin-Replica-Training-Football-…
Edit: actually nevermind, must be a different product, says 'full grain leather' but the OP's listing said 'premium imported leather' and had a much higher original price…
Correct. That link is for a training ball vs. game ball
is the real thing that much more expense that it needs a replica?
Crazy stuff it doesn't cost that much really
Well, they're handmade in Melbourne which is probably the majority of the cost.
Aussie labour and wages just don't make much sense, generally.
@pennypincha: Sweat shop
would have been keen for one of these, went so fast
It usually goes to $50 for the yellow one every few months. First time I seen the red one go for under 50. That usually goes for 60 when on sale
thanks, will keep an eye out for the little man
If it’s for a child. I’d go for a size 4 which you can’t get with this game ball but can in the training ball
@Danstar: He's got heaps of footys, but wants a big boy one too 😅
Just got it delivered and pumped it up. Super slippery, tough to mark even when dry.
Did you get yellow or red? I tried out the red today. Other than the shape needing to be kicked in.
Kicks beautifully compared to the training and wizard balls also kicked around
Got the yellow. Agree needs to be kicked in.
is there one without McDonalds branding?
