In 8 days mate :)
Haha, I think that is because I always forget and then claim just before it ends as the next freebie deal pops up… I like to live on the edge with games I'll prob never get around to playing :)
Super Meat Boy Forever is tomorrow.
Geez I wish these came to OzB on the day they were actually available. What’s the point of being ahead of the game? It’s not like they’re going to run out.
Agreed. Perhaps its just so the poster can get the clout of sharing
Lol at the thought of sharing an indie freebie on the Epic store as 'getting clout'
Is there not a kernel truth to my comment? Rather than 'getting clout', some people find purpose in sharing deals similar to making posts and comments on Reddit that receive a lot of votes.
@DrSwag: Naa I definitely know what you mean, wasn't disagreeing with the premise of your comment but more so amused by that (potential) mindset by some people that post here.
If people know ahead that a game will be free, they wont spending money to buying it, so its good to know ahead
But it shows next week's game on Epic when you claim this week's game.
How so ? the link to ozbargain mostly link to the game page itself
@dione: Ah. I don't click the OZB link I just go direct via Epic every week.
On the front page on Epic in the free games section. It shows this week and next week's.
Gang, please use the reminder function, it has been amazing to track future dated deals, checking in on cashbacks, etc.
As dione said, this saves money of potential buyers. This is literally the top deal on OzB on the day it is available?
Anyone else getting an error stating the title contains unrated material and not allowing access to add the title? The error is within Epic games not something else blocking it. Its for my kids account which is odd and the other kids account let me buy it fine. Just not this one.
Thats probably the reason (age). Mine was claimed without issue
The problem is the other kid is younger and had no issues. So why was one denied access and the other okay. The only difference is that the one that was ok is a child member account under mine which usually gets prompted with the verification code to allow purchase but this didnt happen on nthis one. Whereas the one that has no pin has had no issues until this game . Have been purchasing games under both accounts for a good 2-3 years with no issues until this one.
Showing as super meat Boy forever to me?
Reminded me to get Dakar Rally though, might even play that one.
