    The customer service is abysmal, whether it's through online chat, email, or telephone. Speaking of which, the telephone service was so unreliable that I couldn't even connect to their customer service number for several months; it simply wouldn't ring. Email support, on the rare occasion it responds, takes a day or more and relies on copy-pasting templates without making any genuine effort to comprehend the issue. It's like asking about a cat and getting a response about a mouse. Utterly baffling!

    • i cannot get past their identity check

      it asks for details no other prepaid service provider has ever asked me in the past

      in addition to my medicare card i need to upload "statement of account", "rates settlement" or "passbook (financial account)" the form doesn't make it clear what these documents are, just uploaded my bank statement, who uses a passbook in this day and age?

      once i submit the form big red cross appears with the text "IN_PROGRESS"

      also have to guess what medicare details it wants, shows DD/MM/YYYY but my card only has MM/YYYY easy enough to guess it's 01 in the day field

      only positive verifying my number doesn't require credit on my service as it sends an OTP im not required to respond to

      maybe this service provider is okay if Type A identity but that requires you drive -(rs license) or travel overseas (passport)

  • What's the term requirement re activation deadline? Useful for stock up?
