I tend to find solid peanuts are heavier than aerated wafer
I thought they were puffed rice - not wafers.
And they could simply put more in the pack…That could be it, it’s been a while since I’ve had them aha
Either way, the production cost of the crisp centre will be higher than the cost of a peanut; hence a lighter bag
@linkindan: Sorry - are you saying that a puffed piece of rice is more expensive than a peanut?

I am sceptical…@Almost Banned: It’s not just a piece of puffed rice though - it’s a manufactured extrusion product, designed to be puffed to the M&M size, which would result in a number of unusable pieces due to over or under puffing
Whereas with the peanuts, the process is much simpler and cheaper
$55/100g? Someone at Amazon can't do maths
And the M&M's Mix Ups Milk Chocolate Snack & Share Bag 145g is apparently "$2.99 ($0.11 /100 g)"… $2.99 should give me 2.7 kg at that price!
Would've thought these calculations would be automaticI remember reading that Amazon lets third party sellers update item information and this flows through to other sellers (including Amazon) so you end up with issues like this.
Waygu of chocolate
Stop posting this stuff you making me fat
Your body is a high performance engine. It only accept 98 octane premium fuel. These M&Ms are like putting the crappiest fuel from the dodgiest petrol station you've ever seen. Sure, it will fill your tank and get your moving, but your engine will run like shit. You're still tempted because the petrol is cheap and youve always loved the scent of cheap petrochemicals. But doing so will void your manufacturers warranty - you decide its not worth it.
Sorry, I tuned out after you said my body is a high performance engine
What are you doing later?
Not eating m&m's
Is that some kind of choose your own adventure but the adventure is already chosen for you?

Thanks. Dinner sorted for next week.
Just FYI currently the same price at Coles (Still, it's always nice to add a bit of chocolate to my weekly trip to the Amazon parcel locker…)
Lighter than the peanut though.
