Bunnings is taking it to Coles, Woolies and Amazon with Dynamo going for $5.12 per litre.
Compare this to the current Coles “half price” sale where Dynamo is going for $14.50 for 2 Litres ($7.25 per litre).

$27.68 for me in Tas.
Same, $32.50 for me.
I am in ACT.
Same in WA
They also got Cold Power for $25.70
https://www.bunnings.com.au/cold-power-5-4l-advanced-clean-l…
Got this instead. More fragrant and uses less than Dynamo
The few loads i've used cold power on my clothes have came out smelling musty. Gave it to my parents and i'm pretty sure they binned it lol
So thoughtful of you
Thought it could just be me cause people here love it, but it honestly smelt like the dirty water that comes out of a washing cycle to me..
Parents have a top loader but obviously weren't a fan of it either.
Sounds like Cold Power gave you the Cold Shoulder?
I ask to people that tried both, is this at double than ALDI's price for liquid detergent twice as good? Is it worth? PS I use liquid only on dark garments
Curious about this too. The Aldi stuff is so cheap and seems to be doing the job.
Which one, Trimat? I don't think it's double the price, maybe for half as much? I've only seen trimat in 2l bottles
I prefer Cold Power to Dynamo and find Trimat to be on roughly par with Cold Power, which can often be had for the same price as Trimat when on sale.
If cold power is on sale I'll take that, otherwise I'll get the trimat
I picked up a 4L Aldi liquid sensative for $18.99. Seems they've ditched the 2L at my local.
I use Almat about $5 for 2L.
but the dynamo liquid is "professional". it's got to be good
Just bought this now, 27.68 in Melbourne great price!
Decent price, but just checked my purchases via Amazon, and nornally get the 4 litre Dynamo Professional for $18.45 sub/save which is $4.61 a litre. This is not an AMAZING price I'm afraid. And 4 litre bottle is easier to handle and pickup.
These dispensers are pretty good though, I have top cabinets so i just open it and press out a cup, slide it back in. Dont have to lift bottles. Have been using mine for years, just keep refilling them with whatevers on special lol
Still a better price on Amazon, it comes up regularly at that price too.
And you need prime for that or pay delivery
@Mortin: Prime is one of the best value things you can buy in Australia, where I live, anyway 😄
Ya I was referring to the bottle itself not the price. Ive stopped buying these from Amazon as multiple times it's arrived damaged and leaking. While I got my money back the clean up was annoying as it kept sudsing
@MeesusEff: Yeah no worries, that certainly would be annoying 😕
*Dispensers
What dispensers do you speak of…
The pictured bottle..
Can you please elaborate how the dispensing works? I didn't find any videos, and why does it look like it has two openings/caps?
Something to do with physics or some bullshit. Just buy and you’ll figure it out.
You put the bottle down so the left side of the picture is down. Take off the cap and press the blue button and it dispenses the detergent until you release the button. The right 'cap' is to relieve the pressure so when the flow starts to slow down as you use it, you loosen it a bit so it flows more.
@MeesusEff: I noticed the ridges on the left of the container and figgered that was the bottom when in “dispenser-mode”. It all fell into place then. Your description of what happens next cleared it up splendidly.
I think I’m ready for this!
@MeesusEff: Thanks! Gonna try it just for the bottle!
@sakurakiks: I usually throw the cap in the washing machine after I use it. Don't throw this cap in as it's quite thin, just an old cap from your previous bottle
Damn that’s a good price, just checked and they see 41$ now
Bought two bottles. Thanks!
Hows this, or any other brand, compare to biozet attack?
Similar. I think biozet is about best though.
Aldi's Almat ftw 2L for $5.49
Maybe not as good as Amazon historically but a good deal if you don’t have prime and one less item to but from coles / woolies - thanks OP!
is this better value than those detergent sheets I keep seeing on ads? (e.g. Lucent globe)
is this compatible with 5w30?
it will stop all that dirty black smoke coming out the back
No, you want Castrol 7 in 1 detergent.
Bunnings is owned by Wesfarmers who used to own Coles. They spun Coles off and now are the largest shareholder.. so no, Bunnings are not "taking it to Coles".
Largest yes but Wesfarmers only have 2.779% shares in Coles.
Yes, only, making them the largest shareholder in Coles. And you want to keep the largest shareholder happy.
Showing As $32.50 For Me
