Is The Shop Love Luggage Reliable ?

Hi,
is the online shop loveluggage.com.au reliable ?
They have prices a fair bit lower than the competition so I'm thinking it's probably one of those somewhat dodgy grey import sites but at the same time on their website they mention they had brick and mortar stores before covid, and I also see them as seller on quantas, mydeal etc so I'm wondering if they are actually decent.

    Purchased twice from them, once direct and once via Qantas store. In both cases delivery occurred within 3 to 4 days, and both suitcases were in excellent condition.
