Hey team,
I logged into AE the other day and noticed that my account information has been completely cleared. Everything from my name, mailing address and even all my current and historical purchases!
I have been a customer for over 10 years and never raised an issue or anything to warrant my account to be cancelled or banned.
There is a section where I can search for a previous order but it asks for details of a credit card which I don’t have because I always use PayPal for payments.
I’ve tried using the help, FAQ and chat bot to no avail.
Has anyone else had this issue? Have I missed a communication from AE?

Maybe signing in with wrong email/ phone number? could just be a different account. is there a way to check account age?
