All I have is company name and address (the address is just NZ Post Australia office) and the company name doesn't really give much info since they are related to reverse logistics (returns warranties etc.) which is reflected in the parcels received.
The only thing I remember buying from NZ was a computer motherboard which I guess I did have a warranty issue for (just needed one little extra screw delivered) but seller hasn't contacted me in ages about it.
Not sure how to proceed I'll give NZ post a call, tracking number just says it came from New Zealand doesn't give a NZ address. One parcel is worth around $400, a new vacuum cleaner head, other about $50 to $100. They do look like they were intended as part of warranty replacements, so the vacuum is just head without all the attachments (I opened them up unaware what it was/ aka maybe some long lost AliExpress parcel I ordered - in my defence they had all my details on the front)
EDIT: turned out it was the motherboard company and the ram was actually the screw in a reused ram anti static cover. Sending the vacuum cleaner back, took them like 2 weeks to realise.
