This sounds like a test drive with extra steps.

    • And 500km limit?

  • Bottom of entry page says open to VIC only but conditions say Australia wide ??? Doesn't quite make sense that there are 4 locations if VIC only so not sure why they made it confusing. Having said that I'd love any of the Genesis cars on sale as a loan. Their estate/wagon G70 (shooting brake) is awesome.

    • The G70 Shooting Brake would be significantly more awesome if they put the 3.3L twin turbo engine in it. The Stinger had it, the G70 sedan had it…

Honestly, I'd drop a deposit tomorrow if they offered the Shooting Brake with that engine (or better yet, the 3.5L twin turbo with port+direct injection that was apparently being considered for the Stinger before they ended production).

Sadly, the Shooting Brake isn't even listed on their Australian website any more. I'm sure they'l claim they didn't sell enough of them - of course they didn't when they hamstrung them with a lacklustre engine…

      • I've always felt the same. A sedan is just a less practical vehicle, if I were buying one it would only be the wagon variant, but I would also only buy the 3.3T, which means the G70 model range has taken it out of contention (not that I can afford it anyway).
