First time user of Shopback, expecting to get $500 cashback (if this is even possible =/). Does anyone know if it usually takes a long time after expected confirmation date to get the cashback? Been around 2 weeks, I've used the in app report button and nothing has moved at all. Or will they just randomly decline me.
