I am looking to buy something from DealsDirect and since i am a student, i dont have a credit card.
Unfortunatly they dont accept cash so a PrePaid card is all that i can hope for..
Can someone tell me. Are they Accepted at DealsDirect?
Whats the best deal for me to buy a card?
all i need is 20$ so i wouldnt want to fork out too much

If you only need a credit card for something that's $20, I suggest ask your parents or ask a mate.
Pre-paid credit card normally attract (significant) fees. And even if they only charge $1, it would mean a 5% extra in your case.
If you have considered the fees, and still want to get one. NAB has one for $5.95. But with a $20 purchase, that means a 30% extra cost.

Why bother with all the above (as cacbm already points out the fees are very high and negates any deal you might get) - In this case Deals Direct accepts paypal, set this up and you can spend like crazy - although only if you have the money already
