List of Older Phones That Are VoLTE Capable

Looking for advice.
Wanted to find out which phones are voLTE capable without modifications as mine is not and I need to replace it.
Previous phone was Oneplus 3T so would be looking for something similar with ability to add custom rom such as LineageOS or CalyxOS. Maybe Oneplus nord or Pixel …something.
Nothing fancy just long battery and not too big, older used phones are fine.

Need to use in Australia, UK and Europe. Dual sim preferred.

    There should be a way to enable it for Oneplus 3T, type it in google.

      Yes I was hoping this, as I love the 3T and wanted to keep it a while longer.
      I Have spent 3 days with it, there is a whirlpool thread about enabling VoLTE on Onepuls but it seems to be 6 and up 7,8.. I was able to follow all the steps that others have been successful with the 6,7 and 8's but the 3T doesn't seem to work.
      I was able to get the toggles on and the LTE set up on OS ready but when I added the mbns to the phone nothing happened.
      At least it looked like the mbns were added as there were no errors.

      I have rooted the device and tried other tricks with magisk but no luck. :(
