Best OzBargain Time to Buy a Premade PC

I've noticed at some points in the year some of the premade PC builds are absolutely dirt cheap in comparison to the parts included. Which part of the year are the best ozbargain deals at?

I think I remember some really good Black Friday deals but I'm not sure how efficient those deals were.

    Right before the graphics card or CPU are superceded. They are great deals if you can live with not having the best of the best.
