Best Contact Method for Samsung Online Order Returns

I have an online order for a Samsung smart watch. I want to return it to Samsung and get a refund.

What's the best method to contact Samsung return team? I chatted online, they told me to wait for a callback, but I haven't got any callback in last 48 hours. I called 1300 362 603, they put me on hold for 20mins and then transferred me to different team, then phone call been disconnected. I emailed them as well, but there is no reply in 48 hours.

Can I return an online order in physical store?

    Samsung have the worst customer service. Just escalate through the CEO desk, as you’ll likely get no response from other channels

        That’s not a reason for a return… I doubt Samsung would accept a refund “because you don’t like it”

          Google does it for their stuff.
          Apple does it for their stuff.
          Samsung has a change of mind policy for their online store too.

          So "I don't like it" is good enough.

            • @ihfree: Fair trading won't cover "Simply don't like it" though?

              • @JumpingUnicorns: I'm not 100% on that, though if not Fair Trading, i'd imagine there is another organisation if Samsung doesn't abide by what they advertise.
