This is the most overused word to describe torches these days. It's not tactical. Not even close.
Also, $339? Yeah, nah.
What makes something tactical?
Short answer: if it's black or camo coloured, or if it's aimed at Yanks who own a gun and a gut.
Pelican Products is a U.S. company, so some bargainers perceive that the baseline is pricier. If a Chinese vendor sells at this price, you can be sure it's a stun gun sold as a flash light.

Oops, taking that back, there were such products several years ago from Aliexpress; the way they do it is that the price is marked unreasonably high for a normal flashlight, and in the discription "if you want a discount, talk to me on whatsapp" so you are forced to talk to the seller on WhatsApp so they can tell you the real price and the real product (matches the aliexpress photo but with a layer of mechanism that allows the use as a stun gun) and seller will ask you to pay outside aliexpress's system. If they sell on aliexpress they will be punished, but if no one buys, aliexpress doesn't care if a deal was made on whatsapp. Now I search again, and there is no such listing any more. I remember not buying in the end because the charge cable is 220v but the charge port is a shaver charge port, it's begging for accident (where someone use the flashlight's 220v charge cable on a shaver and fries it)

For anyone wondering why this is so expensive, it's for police. The smaller version (7060) was created so LAPD would stop beating people with their Maglites.
Not a deal though as the price is drastically inflated to take advantage of government funding.
$339 for a torch doesn't sound much like an OzBargain to me. Doubly so one that is powered by NiMH batteries.
What makes it worth that?
Does it do something more than just illuminate?
