  Not sure about the first guy, he never gave us any factual information concerning his issue so we couldn't do anything about it. The other guy got his money back and a free quilt and the person complaining about the duck smell never emailed our returns department.
  
  We rarely receive complaints about the feather down quilts and we've sold hundreds of them (they're not seconds). I've randomly checked through the quilts in our warehouse and cannot say that any of them have a strong odour… some people may just have ultra sensitive smelling I suppose.

its seems this is the only place where you guys answer emails … Ive emailed you guys like 4 times at different email addresses & no response for my issue on every one … I wont buy from you guys again - just for that fact!!!

  Many people seem to do this and it's one of the reasons it can take longer for a reply. We created different email addresses so that issues could be categorized and dealt with in the appropriate manner. By sending 4 emails our work load only increases as we have to find all four of the tickets which were generated, merge them together and then re-categorize the ticket. If on average it took 3 minutes to address one email it would only take half an hour to sort out 10 different issues, however if each person decides to email four times it can turn into two hours.
