I need a temporary NBN connection (FTTC) for just 2months (25Mbps or 50Mbps speed tiers).
Whats the cheapest way to do this?

do you have a commbank account?
More Telecom have 3 months free
Wonder if this could be used twice, one for a mobile plan and other for nbn plan lolz 😆
yes. i did get 5 SIM cards free
ABB for a month and TPG for a month.
Launtel with $/day if budget is not a thing
Fastest Hell$tra fttp 250 down 20 up
5g can reach 900 down if near a major exchange
ABB I can vouch for, for one of those months.
How's the signal to your neighbour's WiFi? You could offer to split the bill for 2 months.

BYO Modem/Router and sign up for a month to month plan.
Launtel
https://www.newsprout.com.au offer 25/5 @ $69pm or 50/20 @ $79pm, no catches, strings or contracts.
ABB for one month (free), and Leaptel for the second ($45/month for 25Mb/s)
With the latest listing here today, it's Launtel, surely?
According to listing the first 7 days are FOC and after a month, you get a $75 credit on your account.
That would be the best deal for 2 months, wouldn't it?
For anyone curious I went with the following:
Aussie Broadband free 1st mnoth with code MOVING.
iinet free 1st month with code 1MONTHOFF.
$0 outlay.
(Skymesh also have a free trial as a backup option)
Nearly all NBN providers have no lock in contract if BYO modem. I would look for a provider with a 1 month free offer but read the T&Cs carefully on when the free month applies, if there is a early break free in/at 2 months, etc…..
Example TPG offering 1 month free: https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn?utm_campaign=whistleout-nbn&utm_m…
"The customer will be charged the first month plan fees and then offer will appear as a credit on the customer’s second invoice."
