I can't seem to get it to show 20% off. I wonder whether this is a genuine discount?
Part of the terms and conditions says "promotion is not valid on ECO FLEX, BIZ SEMI FLEX & BIZ FLEX fare families."
I did a dummy booking and the available fare type are Eco Value, Eco Semiflex, and Eco Flex, and the 20% discount didn't appear on whichever one I select. Same thing with business class fares, the available fare type are Biz Value, Biz Semiflex and BIZ Flex, and the 20% discount didn't appear for each of the options.
It kinda doesn't make sense for the 20% to apply for the cheaper 'Value' fares, and not the more expensive 'Flex' and 'Semiflex' fares. And it didn't as it turns out.
Can any one get it to work?
