Soldering skills

I want to make this mod on my iPad VGA cable it adds a charger to it. I don't own a soldering iron and was wondering of anyone could do it for me for 15 bucks. i live in Melbourne and can send the cable and required things for you to do it.

    May be try Carriebeane Gardens off ferntreegully road or Pipeworks in Campbellfield.
