pny manufacture cards by geforce (nvidia). you will find other add-in board partners or 'aibs' like asus or gigabyte who also make nvidia cards.
as for which aib is the best, nowadays it depends generation-to-generation (and often card-to-card) and you should watch reviews that compare different models of the card you're interested in.
Gigabyte at least has a local region office you can call.
PNY are well known as been very diffiuclt to deal with if their is a warranty issue
They tend to just claim it';s a powersurge negating the warranty.
Though if it's DOA then retailer by law has to cop the replacement,but if the price is the same i'd go GB
