I am using a chromebook and have an EPSON WF-3820 printer.
The printer was working perfectly until it randomly stopped. I thought I could fix it myself and deleted it from the "your saved printers" list thinking I could re add and it would work but clearly I have mucked up.
I tried to add the printer again manually however, I am unable to locate the printer in the list of printers. It has every other printer available to add except the one I have. It seems I may have actually deleted it from the actual list too.
I can see EPSON WF-3820 listed under the heading "Other available printers" but when I press the save option it opens another window and says "EPSON WF-3820 Series could not be configured automatically. Please specify advanced printer details." and that takes me back to the list the printer seems to be missing from.
If I try to use the scanning option from my chromebook it pairs perfectly with the printer to use scanning feature.
Is anyone able to help me out?
