PSA though these have been reported to have a bug where if you enable "3D sound field mode" on, even after switching them off the headphones will turn themselves back on and drain the battery overnight. I read this about a year ago I would assume if you checked and updated the firmware after unboxing it would fix this by now, but just incase it isn't I recommend you do not try to enable 3D sound field mode. honestly on every headphone that has this it's pretty much a useless gimmick so I wouldn't even bother trying to enable it anyway.
this is the flagship ANC headphone from Yamaha, but will it have better ANC than Sony XM4 etc? no I don't think so. also the square shaped earcups/pads could be an issue for some people.
