Catchoftheday- after 16days Have not received the order or any email inform the status of the order except the comfirmation

I ordered on Catchoftheday on 8Oct 2012. it was supposed to be after 10 days they will me EMAIL me inform the product should be dispatched then until now , after 16 days my order status is Still PROCESSING and have not received any email informing about my order was hold or canceled or whatever.
It pissed me off since I email them TWICE to seek for helps, ask for tracking number or the possibility of cancel the order since it was too long to wait for the delivery, but still have not received any reply. it seems like I keep email and they ignore the issue for scamming my money
Have any one had the same issue like that? unluckily that they did not provide call center number and I feel like I just gonna pay $200 for a lesson that NEVER SHOULD BUY ANY THING FROM THIS GROUP
since next month I gonna be out for a long oversea holiday so I cannot stay at home and wait for it forever…
any suggestion???

    If you paid by credit card, you might want to talk to your bank about a 'chargeback' if you cannot contact CrapoftheDay for a refund.

    • The reason I asked is that their support system should generate an automated email that says something along the lines of Request received: Subject of request (ticket #12345) as soon as you put in your help request. If you haven't received an automated email then I think the email may have been blocked or put in SPAM or some other technical reason. This happens on occasion with our newsletter. I suggest trying a different email account.

      • oh, both of the times I received the ticket email, but for further than that havent.that why I feel like my issue is ignored…

        • That is odd then. You didn't state how long you gave them to respond but anything more than say a week I would say is unreasonable. Initiate a chargeback with your bank. Unfortunately, this can take a couple of months to resolve if you go through that route.

        • they emailed me this morning and said sorry for the late delivery, confirmed that the order status is PROCESSING… and once the order is dispatched, i will receive an email notice that
          BUT they didnt mention when it will be dispatched and ignore the possibility for me to cancel the order…
          it seems like it takes months to come and months to work with bank to get back the money…
          Haizzz, I should have listened to my mum (-"""-) that never buy stuff from the crappy website like this…
