How to Get Samsung Trade-in Credit Back?

Hi everybody

I was trying to place an order for a Samsung A54 yesterday + trade-in Zflip3 for $265 value.

Then I canceled my A54 order on the Samsung website because I’ve changed my mind and don’t want the A54 anymore.

Does anyone know how to get trade-in credit back? It's said my trade-in ID has been used and I can not click "cancel trade-in" anymore :(

    Then you have to contact them. I've cancelled my trade in by sending them an email before. Takes a few days though which could be annoying.

You need to wait until Samsung informs asurion that the order is cancelled. Last time it took my friend 1 month to receive his trade-in value
