wow holy shit their ecommerce is bad. so horrifically bad. its basically impossible to purchase anything.
Add things to basket, all things are not available at one store so they ask you to choose a different store or remove….. but then don't let you filter by whats in stock at your chosen store?!

    • The weird thing for me was when I was finally able to buy a combination of products that were in stock for delivery (because apparently no stores near me had everything for click and collect), the dispatch email cheerfully stated that all items had been sent from a store a couple of suburbs away 🤦

      • totally! i have been noticing this a lot lately. Bunnings does this to me too, forces me to choose a store and tells me no stock….and then fullfills from nunawadding every time anyway?

Any decent OMS should be able to split an order or do logical fulfillment… just take the damn order!

      • I didn't understand why, when ordering for delivery, my 'selected store' didn't have stock. Couldn't change the store, either, so I had to remove those products completely. I don't see how it's my problem, as the consumer, what store fulfills the order.

  • Seems to not let me log in at the moment maybe website too popular

Just got an email from a store in NSW saying they are sold out nationally despite taking my money and order.
They also disclosed a huge number of peoples contact information to a huge mailing list.
Seriously one of the worst experiences from a company Ive ever experienced. Needless to say I will not be dealing with Priceline ever again.
