I have been trying to buy a Samsung S24+ via the Westpac EPP site at Samsung since it was available.
The Westpac EPP site seems to only be available to holders of a Westpac Business One Plus account. It was removed from the general rewards and offers location. If you have a Business One Plus account, you will see Business Offers below the accounts on the summary page.
Anyway, the site doesn't work properly, it asks for a trade-in and says $250 bonus discount if you do it, and I go through that but then it doesn't appear on the checkout page at all. There is no trade-in listed, and no trade-in step in the check out steps at the top of the page, unlike the retail site where you can clearly see the trade-in step (where it will charge you for the trade-in) or you can add a trade-in if you didn't do it initially.
I am wondering if anybody else is waiting for this? Honestly, Samsung don't seem to care, perhaps I'm about the only person waiting.
The discount of rrp is 20% like other EPP deals. So it's worth it. So for example the S24+ 256G would be around $1100 with 20% off and trade-in bonus.
I can't see any other method of matching this price, like 5% using shop app and no other bonuses exist that I'm aware of except the accessories bonus but they are self fulfilling anyway (and perhaps you can do the refund thing if it works).
They've just said check every now and then, which I dutifully have been and I'm getting more and more annoyed with them and doing this. They have said it has been escalated but judging by last years issues (see below) I would doubt they will fix it this time and it might be fixed in a few months.
I recall last year they also had an issue just with the Westpac EPP site, but that time it was bonus codes not working, trade-in was ok, they would either work or throw up random scripting errors it looked like. No amount of pointing to it, to them, did much for me, they just seemed to think it was my fault.
