Quick survey
This poll is not for who is best provider but more the experience in speeds you have had with providers. I have narrowed the providers down to the most liked around here.
If you don't get the speeds no need to vote.

Nope those results are do not include the likes of swoop and how the tests are performed are not entirely accurate
how the tests are performed are not entirely accurate
Damn. I'd be very interested to see an Ozbargain poll produce results that will be better / more accurate / more representative of real world results than the ACCC.
Maybe ACCC should contact Ozbargain and get us to do consumer surveys from now on.
lol true that
When you look at those numbers they're all + or - 4%. It's unlikely an average user is going to notice the difference. It's unlikely an average user will be running speed tests.
Also, you don't have a negative option, so any result is meaningless other than a gauge of Ozbargainer's choice of ISP.
This poll be flawed
Completely…there is no conclusion that you can confidently form here regardless of your intention.
Does the fact that 0 people have selected Swoop as of now indicate not a single person achieves advertised speeds or that no Swoop customers have seen the post?
At moment 14 people have selected Superloop, is this from 14 Superloop customers who have seen this (indicating 100% of respondents have advertised speeds therefore amazing) or 56 Superloop customers seeing this (indicating only 25% of Superloop customers having advertised speeds therefore poor)?
Surprised Aussie Broadband isn’t on the list.
trying to flesh out the abb crowd :P
You want more information about the ABB customers?
I've been jumping between Superloop and Exetel lately (with a free month of AussieBB thrown in between them at one time) and have usually received the advertised speeds, as confirmed from my SamKnows box as well.
Only annoyance is the 30 day notice, with SL having no email address publicly available and their online chat saying I needed to call to give notice. (profanity) that, it's 2024, if I can sign up completely online I should be able to cancel the same way. They just do it to make it more difficult for people and hoping that the 'lazy tax' kicks in.
Is this is the same with Exetel?
Not too sure, I emailed Exetel @ [email protected] which took a few days to reply. I'm sure that Superloop have an email address you can email as well but they don't make it known at all sadly.
Telstra: Down for 3 weeks!
Unable to deliver timeframe to when it could be fixed.
Optus: All up full sort of speed, clock off by 2 minutes.
Voda, slow as usual but constant slow speed, no dropouts..
