Pretty sure (because there's no mention of it) that it's not leather and made from plastic.
IMHO wiser to invest in some better quality, real leather shoes than these.Absolutely. We love to save money wherever we can, but non-leather dress or semi casual shoes are just yuck!
Unless you gotta buy the stupid shoes for a wedding like I did. To wear one day only. But we got similar from Connor for $15 :-D
