Cheapest Beef / Lamb Prices in Melbourne

Does anyone know where to buy the absolute cheapest cuts of beef / lamb. I know quality will suffer, but just looking for cheap meat.

Head to Dabbagh Quality Meat in Altona for the cheapest lamb. Quality is good.

Where else can you get leg of lamb for $8 a kg but Woolies and (until recently Coles) ? Tasman Meats were doing legs for $7.50 a kg as a new ‘normal’ price last time I was there. You probably wont get it for under $13 at Preston Market and supermarket lamb is soft and tasty.
