I thought it was as easy as plug and play just like cartridge console, so no games will work from the miyoo on other consoles U are saying ?
you could move the games - they dont care about what is used to run them - but need the operating system to suit as per RichardL comment
So I can drag and drop the games on mini miyoo plus onto the funky s SD card into the correct folders that's it straight forward? Was worried about them having diff OS and might brick the device or something, sorry havnt something like this for 20years not done this for very long time since PSP.
You can. A quick search suggests you may be able to use the same card on both devices - so maybe more research is in order depending on what you're trying to achieve.
The included cards are trash. I would be looking at a high-endurance card or at least a decent card from Samsung or Sandisk. I always put together a collection of games that I want to play rather than using the included card.

If you're using the included Miyoo Mini microSD card I would recommend replacing it with something better - the included one is pretty bad.
The Miyoo Mini Plus’ OS runs entirely off the sd card
I sincerely doubt using another manufacturer’s os will work, as the hardware is different.
You’ll need to have the original Miyoo os files (or a replacement OS specifically designed for the Miyoo mini plus - like onion is) on the sd card, and add any game roms (which of course, you legally own).
If you’re considering buying another brands’ sd card just to get the roms on it and expecting it all to just work - then you’re probably out of your depth with this thing.
I think every SD card that has preinstaled ROMs like mini plus, as most of these Chinese units have them just thought the options would be same just want something with working with no duplicate ROMs with box covers.
Miyoo mini seems to cover most of that so before emptying my wallet further was doing it miyoo console rooms could be direct transfer into same state with SanDisd SD card without much effect finding emulators and soft wares to work.
The microSD card will fit, but you will need the OS files for the specific game console.
