I ordered an S23+ on 22/12/2023 for an online exclusive colour and since the day I made the order, its status has been stuck at 'Order Accepted'. When contacting support, they said it would ship in 3-4 weeks from ordering, yet it has been over a month without a single update about my order. Originally, the order said it would ship from 12/01/2024 but this has now been updated to 27/01/2024. I am quite frustrated as I am leaving Australia on the 30th and will not be able to get my phone for a while. I am wondering if any other people are/were in the same position as me and whether there is any action I can take. My first experience with buying from Samsung's official website and very disappointed.
Update 25/01/2024 - Chatted with them again and they said that my phone was not in stock and they would cancel the order. I asked for them to not cancel the order and keep waiting but they were not sure when stock would be back. Not expecting any good things on the 27th. Don't know why they didn't make any mention of the stock on the multiple chats I had with them beforehand, just terrible service from Samsung.
I once order a exclusive colour and it clearly said, it will take time, and it did took a bit over month, but i wasn't in any rush. So your may take longer due to xmas break etc. That happens.
