    You don't need a separate clear coat for headlight restoration - use this https://www.amazon.com.au/CERAKOTE-Ceramic-Headlight-Restora… - I've tried a few over the years, and this one is by far the best. It comes complete with the final clear sealer.

  Do you have black on sale and can we spray it on top of painted metal railing? Our railing on porch is a bit rusty, not sure if it is the right product. Thanks

    You can spray it over rusted surfaces, however its always best to try and remove as much of the rust as you can before spraying
