A brand-new co-working space is launching in North Sydney this month, and five lucky winners will be among the first to move in. Miller Workspaces is a spacious, flexible working environment with a diverse range of workspaces to help freelancers, entrepreneurs, businesses, and remote workers achieve their goals.
To get their rent paid for a year, potential winners can apply by explaining how their business would benefit from the free desks at Miller Workspaces. The prize pool features five desks that could be in the form of dedicated desks or in a private office that workers can call their own for an entire year. Miller Workspaces is looking for all types of entrants, from solopreneurs to medium sized enterprises.
“We couldn’t be more excited to help businesses achieve their dreams, and we’ll be looking to award our five desks to people who really need them. We have five desks to give away, but we won’t necessarily have five winners. If one person’s business requires five desks or more and we resonate with their values, they could take the whole prize out,” said Sunita Sarecha, Centre Manager of Miller Workspaces.
“We’re ready and waiting to support businesses on their journey with modern facilities including boardrooms, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, a wellness room, parents’ room and more. And, we’re dog-friendly, so if you have a COVID-pup who would rather work beside you, we’ve got room for them too. We can’t wait to open our doors and get to know the community better.”
Located in the beating heart of North Sydney, Miller Workspaces is surrounded by a rich choice of dining, retail, services, and green space. With leafy streets, a plethora of coffee shops, and a thriving hospitality scene, North Sydney has been touted as one of the top 10 most liveable suburbs in Australia for 2023.
Commuting to Miller Workspaces is a breeze; the office is located just a three-minute walk from North Sydney train station, and two minutes from the bus stop. Victoria Cross Station is set to open in 2024, with pedestrian access from Miller Street. Then, members will be able to reach Barangaroo in 3 minutes, Martin Place in 5 minutes, and Central in just 9 minutes.
Miller Workspaces is located at 50 Miller Street. The A-Grade building owned by Singapore based investment firm, Sun Venture, spans 10,441 square metres across 10 levels. Kitted out with recently refurbished End of Trip facilities and modern finishes, 50 Miller puts convenience, connectivity, and community at the helm.
To enter the competition, applicants should head to millerworkspaces.com by Wednesday 14th February.
