Update : Website's been down since late Friday, if you call to get a claim done/get a form do not answer the first automated message of 'are you calling about a credit card, loan etc' and wait for it to give you the options to press a number, it'll say Insurance claim , and that will connect you to someone. Saying yes in the first part and going through everything will just lead you to a 'we are experiencing difficulties and can't answer your call'
Have a couple of purchases that are due in a few days, been trying to get to the claim page but once I tick the 'I confirm blablabla' the page errors out. Have tried different browsers but not sure if it's an Android thing or it's just down for everyone?
Not sure how long it's been down for if it is, but I would think a few Ozbargainers would have tried recently :) did you have to call to do the claim instead?

I'd just wait a day or two until it's fixed.
