REAL - Propery Report site

Just wondering is there any site which shows the accurate and complete list of sold property details of a given suburb or street.

While browsing net, found http://www.propertyreporter.com.au.
It’s accurate enough. But not listing the complete sales history details. However it’s listing atleast 2/3 years sales data.

I have verified the details in this site and against my own house data and the results matched perfectly. Also verified against a few known property sales, and to my surprise all the details are correct.

What is lacking in this site is
1) Property details such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, car garages, Land size etc
2) Past sales history of a given property.

Had I known this site before I bought my house, I could have saved around 25k in negotiations around 3 yrs ago ( a similar size house in my street was sold less than 25k just before 2months I bought my home).

Hope ozbargain users will share their knowledge if there is any better site to know the real history of a propery.

      Thanks, Looks ok…. But not listing all the recent transactions. Also not listing the House number details.
      Verified this with my known data.
      http://www.propertyreporter.com.au is reporting immediately in the next day of the actual transaction( sale or auction).

      some agents suppress their sales info
      so you have to wait 3 months for that
