I'm looking for a Web Hosting provider with good up-time and small annual fee's.

Anyone recommend any company's?

Looking for 5GB Space + 20GB Bandwidth. Must have cPanel :)

I was going to say you might have to look at someone like Lunarpages, but even they have changed now, and charge $2 month extra for Cpanel on their unlimited space plans = but at ~$8/mth it might be worth it? I have a few overseas clients on Lunarpages who need storage for lots of pdf's and bandwidth, and a few on Hostgator - HG is much better but also a lot more $. Everyone I use in Aus is stingy with space and traffic :-/

  Bandwidth here in Australia is very expensive compared to the USA, which is why hosting plans are usually very stingy with it. :(
