The way I look at it is that it's a random draw for $2,000, which I wouldn't screw up my nose at. The example they provided was LIB3TY, so I'm assuming the winning plate will be some word-like combination.
Win a $100,000 Tiny Home or $2,000 Cash from Liberty Finance

A winning entry will correctly guess the six alphanumeric digit number plate which has been pre-selected by an independent third party (loss adjuster).
Only one entry permitted per person. Entries using aliases are not permitted and will be deemed invalid
NOTE: This one is a bit of a long shot at winning. You need to guess the custom rego number of the house. Once 20,000 unique guesses have been entered, the comp will close early.
Also, I read the conditions, but I may have missed something
So 36 choices for each of 6 digits = 2176782336 distinct plates.
Competition closes after 20000 entries so even if the entries are all different there is only a 0.0009 % chance of the prize being won.
