China Southern Transit Hotel

Hey - has anyone booked a ticket with China Southern. Apparently, my ticket was booked in cabin "Z" which transit accommodation isn't included.

Other passengers:the cabins of an intercontinental segment should be: F/ J/ C/ D/ I/ O/ W/ S/ Y/ P/ B/ M/ h/ K/ U/ A/ L/ Q/ E.

Does anyone how to get them to change this?

Z fare is probably discount fare so they have not included free accomodation. You will need to upgrade your ticket to a more expensive fare if it is even possible. Might be cheaper to just pay for your own accomodation.

I found this out too when I recently booked a flight with them. They said I needed more expensive tickets. Cheaper to just book my own accommodation.

Just google maps the airport, then search hotels, I’m sure the free hotel is cheaper to book than the upgrade cost.
