Last year December I took a DIDI trip from from my home to work and realising the driver never ended the trip, so my trip is still pending as ongoing, I tried to dispute it but some stupid error came and forced me to pay the extra $50, as I already paid $50 for the trip.
later I contacted emailed as it's only way to contact Didi and got a response my email and phone number doesn't exist??? And tried email several times over the course of 21 days.
Then later checking the app further more for info for the ride for message the trip over 21 days and now the app says my issue has been closed as it's been over 21 days, I can't even remove my card details or delete my account as it is bound to my phone any ideas?
