I don't know much about gaming laptops but I think it's a pretty good deal when compared with other RTX4050 offerings.
This might be better value for an extra $200: https://www.harveynorman.com.au/acer-nitro-5-15-6-inch-i7-12…

Can i ask why in your opinion this is any better / worse than the Lenovo LOQ? https://www.lenovo.com/au/en/p/laptops/loq-laptops/lenovo-lo… sorry trying to understand the minute differences in these 40' series laptops as i buy my son a back to school / gaming laptop.
I'm just referring to the price.
Thanks for your response mate :) helps
What about this? https://www.harveynorman.com.au/hp-victus-16-1-inch-i7-13700…
That's pretty good. There are cheaper 4060s but you pay for the premium build and other specs.
Thank you 🙂
Isn't just pay a little bit more can get Nitro 5 with 4060 instead?
Yep, or a bit more again for a i7-13700HX.

Can get this for $1269, same CPU but with 4060.
The gigabyte has worse build and the 4060 is only 45W iirc, which make it perform worse than a fully powered 4050.
Both are average.
