Lots. Well for freight at least. OP may be referring to an international flight (i.e VA12) that lands typically at 12:45am, and by the time they get through customs and reclaim their bags etc, probably is 1:45am.

Stay at the hotel onsite and hire a car in the morning.
or get a taxi/uber somewhere and hire a car the next day
or ask them what the after hours pickup process is? Surely there is one. Lots of flights get in over midnight.
