I believe these may be all-time low prices on these 3D printers, and appear to be cheaper than the Black Friday specials were from Bambu Lab's online store.
Ships from Amazon, Sold by Bambu Lab Technology.

Important: on the Amazon product page, make sure you tick the checkbox to apply the deal coupon, which will then apply the discount on checkout.

Unfortunately they don't seem to sell the high-end X1C model on their Amazon storefront, so if you want that, you'll have to order it from Bambu Lab's online store directly instead (and wait for the next sale). The X1C has integrated LIDAR for things like auto filament calibration, a much better touchscreen and processor, better camera, hardened steel gears/nozzle for abrasive filaments, and can achieve higher bed temperatures for printing specialised filaments.

  • Back in stock…….. at the proper price $1549 (including the $350 discount)

    • +1

So the previous price was done in error? - on Bambu Lab site itself it is 1,459.00 AUD

      • +1

        100% error

      • on the direct site shipping is added at checkout

        • Ah yes…. just checked shipping to Perth is an additional $50.

      • +3

Yeh, from what I understand they switch between a fake discount and priced normally but seems like they messed up and had both active.

  • +1

Omg no freaking way. I bought one as a present full price in Xmas gahhh

  • +7

Got sent a message on Amazon by Bambu Lab asking for the order to be cancelled (by the purchaser). Bit dishonest stating that multiple discounts were applied when the reality of the pricing is that it's usually a fake inflated price and discount vs. normal pricing as stated above. The order had already been shipped anyway so it can't be cancelled.

    Hi,

We hope this email finds you well. We are writing to apologize for an unfortunate error that occurred in our system, leading to the unintentional application of multiple discounts on your recent purchase. We sincerely regret any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.

In light of the error, we kindly request your assistance in canceling your order. We understand that you may have made the purchase with the expectation of receiving the discounted price, but due to the overlapping discounts, we are unable to fulfill the order at the discounted rate.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you better in the future.

    Sincerely,
    Bambu Lab

    • Had the exact same thing! Order dispatched; what the heck to do?

      • +1

Enjoy the lucky deal I guess? It's shipped by Amazon so I don't think there's anything that can be done now on either end. I asked in early Dec about repeating the Black Friday sale after just missing it and their customer service had no interest in helping out so I don't exactly feel compassionate towards them

        • +2

There's a chance they could redirect the delivery back.

Can't be too upset about them not wanting to repeat a BF sale, but them acting like $350 off $1899 is some sort of special price is pretty dodgy.

          • +1

@bamzero: My understanding is that Amazon doesn't take kindly to sellers cancelling orders on their end (not the same as the buyer cancelling it, which is why they are asking for this and you should not do this) and can suspend/deactivate their account for this. So hopefully everyone gets their orders

      • +1

It sounds like there's not a lot that can be done if it's already shipped. Mine hasn't shipped yet. Hopefully it does though.

      • +4

Ignore them - they are just trying their luck. Amazon will ream them if they cancel the order so they are trying to make you do it. Their error is not your concern - not like you got a $2k printer for $1 or something outrageous like that.

  • +6

Have confirmed with Amazon customer service that sellers can't just cancel orders (so they should not be able to redirect it) and it's also against ToS for sellers to ask buyers to cancel orders. Amazon were pretty miffed to see the message sent and made a complaint without me asking

    • Maybe Amazon will look into the pricing as well. I messaged Bambu about the reason for the difference in price between their website and Amazon. I know I'm probably going to get a generic email back, but I would love to get this deal up again. Probably won't happen. Too bad I wasn't up early yesterday.

    • sad to see. theres people cancelling orders as ive been watching them go in and out of stock 1 at a time. sadly cant get the original price but just the normal bambu rrp

    • That's good to know. Btw, I have yet to receive any message from them, but my order hasn't shipped yet. It's still in Ordered status. I wonder if it will still ship if so?

      • did you get ams or without? 6 without ams just became available assuming there cancelling orders or buyers are sadly cancelling due to email

        • I ordered with AMS. It's scheduled to arrive early next week. But yeah, hasn't shipped yet.

          • @ozjaki: In the same boat. Will update if it ships. But it's preparing for shipment now. When I go to cancel (not that I would) it says it's maybe too late to cancel which I'm taking aa positive sign

            • +1

@misterpotatomato: Mine just changed to "Shipped - Carrier picked up the package.". So I assume you'll be shipped soon also. ;)

      • +2

Mine was shipped yesterday - got a confirmation with Toll tracking number. Said delivery Friday but Toll notes potential delivery tomorrow. Will report back how this progresses.

  • P1P is selling for $1299 with a $330 coupon if anyone is interested

I got the same email from Bambu Lab via Amazon.

Thankfully Amazon shipped my item hopefully, it will arrive soon. Hope everyone who ordered gets theirs soon.

  • Does anyone think that bambu is playing silly huggers on this one? My order is due today, but the status is showing "shipping now". Tapping on the printer in my orders goes to the vanilla p1s without the ams.

I wonder if they've played with their stock on Amazon's end to stop orders from going out. Has anyone got their order from this deal yet? I got the p1s with ams

    • Possibly trying. It was a multi listing, no stock of the combo now so only shows the non-combo I'm assuming. Don't know if that would work though, it was Amazon warehoused stock so if it was there I'm sure they allocated it for delivery already.

    • +2

Amazon delivered my P1S with AMS combo.

I'm sure everyone who ordered will be getting theirs soon since its shipping is being fulfilled by Amazon.

      • Hopefully!

      • +1

Mine arrived today as well. No issues.

      • +1

I just received my P1S Combo with AMS today as well (via Toll IPEC, shipped from the Queensland warehouse evidently).

Just finished printing the benchy that's included on the SD card, and I'm extremely impressed. A 22 minute print, and a lot of that was just the initial warm-up routine. Minimal stringing, detail is very good. A little bit of vertical layer unevenness, but well within acceptable parameters.

Definitely better quality than what I can achieve on my old Prusa MK3, and way faster. It's actually unbelievable how fast the toolhead moves during printing, it's not something I'm used to seeing.

The updated firmware and calibration does seem to keep the noise down — most of the harsh noise is from the initial calibration procedure, and during printing it's quite pleasant.

    • Tapping on the printer in my orders goes to the vanilla p1s without the ams.

This is how Amazon product links normally work — when there's multiple variants of a product, if the one in the link is out of stock then you are often silently redirected to the remaining variant (still in stock) that Amazon thinks is the best fit. It's a bit annoying and I haven't figured out the exact rules for when this happens, but it's mostly harmless.

You do always have to pay attention though, as people have been caught out buying the wrong variant because they didn't check the title/description of what they added to the checkout…

Mine just shipped. But it's being delivered via Aramex. Hopefully they don't totally smash it first

  • +1

Just received mine, too! Don't know if I have the energy to inbox tonight though!

    • +1

Couldn't wait - what a beast! Very happy with the purchase!

      • Right? It's a blast, I'm browsing all of the add-ons and accessories to print now, it's a bit overwhelming. I'm printing this poop chute basket:

Should really unsubscribe this thread… still kicking myself and you guys are making it worse 😄

But maybe, just maybe they'll mess up twice (no, I don't like my chances either)

          • +3

@bamzero: Me too… its getting unhealthy with how much im checking. Might just cave and get the A1 🤣

            • +1

@Pelilah: Bought the A1 prior to Christmas - thought I would never get a printer from bambu that had a decent build plate size with AMS for ~1k (lol). It's no slouch - really, you would most likely not think about the P1S with the A1, unless you want slightly faster speed and enclosed print area.

I'm spoilt at the moment… Need to work on my designs to justify the purchases!

            • +2

@Pelilah: ahh ffs thank god im not the only one i think im going to cave and pay full price sadly

              • +1

@bob98: Ive got a perfectly working ender 3 pro but i would love to upgrade. Ill look at getting an A1 or P1S if my etsy shop takes off 🤞

                • @Pelilah: What's the link to your Etsy?

                  • @misterpotatomato: Haven't made one yet. Im still prototyping a few different designs with my ender to gauge interest

                • @Pelilah: Yeh, I've got 2 printers that do the job ok but I want to expand my materials and multi-colour and bigger bed would be great. Not sure about the A1 though, as I told myself I wouldn't buy another bedslinger but maybe I'm underestimating it.

                  • @bamzero: From my research, A1 seems very capable and comparable to the P1S if you intend to print materials that dont require an enclosure. Now to wait for the A1 to go on sale AKA wait for bambulabs to mess up again lol.

                • @Pelilah: i seen that models currently half price at jaycar think it was $384 what do you reckon as a starting point? started learning cad today aswell thats going to be a interesting one

                  • +1

@bob98: I think theyre quite good machines and ive been quite lucky with the quality control on mine. However the 3D printing space has changed drastically since enders were the go to entry printers. Bambulabs range has really consumerised the space and made it a truly plug n play printer. The enders require a bit of tinkering and its kind of a journey in it self to learn more about how everything works which i found fun.

However as a newbie i would personally save up a bit more and invest in one of the bambulabs range A1 Mini/ A1 / P1S.

Look into Fusion 360 software. Some great youtube series teaching how to to design.

                    • +1

@Pelilah: thanks heaps mate just about to purchase the p1s and ams cant stand researching them anymore, cheers heaps!

                      • +1

@bob98: Your FOMO is real.. if you buy it.. i might just give in as well 🤣

Paying RRP - We dont belong here

                        • +1

@Pelilah: hahaha its bad… doing my head in, we do not belong here but i can justify it with the money ive saved here over the past 2 years. so in between on the a1 or the p1 though a1 is newer tech. if i buy a p1 theyll release one with a screen straight after hahaha

  • +1

Mine turned up today as well, delivered via Aramex/Fastway. Printing the scraper now :D

  • Looking to purchase p1s or X1C with AMS

    Any discounts available anywhere.

Missed this deal by an hour.

    • naa nothing were paying full price sadly.

      • I'm in a similar boat to you - got excited by the hype now really keen to finally take the plunge into 3d printing, tempted to just pull the trigger at RRP (disgusting, I know).

What model did you end up getting? I'm tossing up between A1 or P1S (+/- AMS)

        • +1

I was initially leaning towards the A1 + AMS. However ive seen them both in person and i prefer the cleaner look and enclosure of the P1S + AMS. Currently i just print in PLA but would like to dabble in other materials down the line and its generally easier with an enclosure. Also if you have pets or little children it may be worthwhile getting a P1S as its less prone to being disturbed.

Hoping bambulabs has a sale for their 2nd yr anniversary in june 🤞

        • im still debating which one i get also… i think itll be the p1s ams combo as the humidity where i live is terrible and the enclosure should benefit me a lot. if that wasnt an issue for me id 100% just go the a1 to start with. its about 10-15% slower then the p1 and x series but the quality is the same. im hoping to scale it into a business and one day ill hopefully have a few of each running full-time.
