Got daughter a quest 3 headset for Xmas even though she is big her head maybe bit in the smaller size.
I had a go setting it up and found many complain about the strap I find it ok to be honest but then not had anything else to compare.
I found it strap to be bif for daughter but managed to just make it fit.
Do these third part options out there adjust to bigger or smaller heads? And overall are they just easier to adjust on head as I’m sure some have a screw knob to adjust.
Are they worth the upgrade extra money?
The part around the face can get sweaty what’s the silicon covers about or what’s recommended for the quest 3 and why.
I know the third party headsets have options for extra battery time etc but using just the standard time it has is probably enough.
I was looking at these two non battery heads set both of which are on offer is there better or for similar money better or for not much more and why, here was my options:

Do you have lens protectors and if so what do you use be it for inside lens or outside lens?
Also as these third party headsets make it bigger etc a case to store the device and remotes in what do you recommend.
Be nice to store in a sturdy case or something but nothing to pricey.
I have a head strap similar to the first one you linked and it is much better than the stock one. In terms of fitting a smaller head, I think it would also be good as you can screw the knob as you mentioned to make it small/tight. Many also go for the head straps with a built-in or hot-swappable battery on the back. I don't use this myself, I just go for a 3-5m USB C cable with one end having a right-angle connector to reduce strain on the USB connector on the headset.
The facial interface can get a bit uncomfortable too however I haven't upgraded this. I have heard the AMVR one is much better than stock though. Can't speak for the case or lens protector (not needed in my opinion), however ensure the lens are not exposed to sunlight as they will get damaged e.g., don't face the inside lens towards a window or hold the head set outside.
If you want cheap accessories, stick to AliExpress, otherwise Amazon is good for a quick delivery. One more thing, Facebook groups have a lot of information so I suggest also joining and reading them.
