Has anybody on OzBargain used this site? Trying to see if it's legitimate or a scam site, looking to buy a cheap android phone with some decent specs.

Yes, it seems they scam some people. For example they ship defect phones and when they are sent back to them they don't refund or anything. For my case they didn't ship me anything. I paid $1408.90 for 3 xiaomi mi2 phones on feb 2nd and my money seems to be gone. They don't reply to my e-mails anymore.
My heart skipped a beat reading this… No luck in getting the bank to do anything?
western union - ouch!!! never buy anything from a place that only takes western union.
I just went to their website and clicked through the checkout… It seems they only accept credit card, but the page asking for the card details is not even https… Unencrypted card details to a dodgy chinese website? NO THANKS.
I don't know where altomic got the idea that they only accept western union, I didn't see any mention of it on their website but the best bet for OP would be to stay the hell away from this website.

Oh wow that's dodgy, when I clicked through the checkout, it had a spot for cc, but I guess they prefer western union, which just reeks of scam!
Common sense says this is extremely untrustworthy. Do not use the website in the first place to need to go through the charge back process. It's not that hard to figure out; Anyone that proceeds to purchase from this site I would deem mentally ill.
i wouldn't buy from them. there're all fake chinese rip offs
