Turkish Netflix Account - No VPN No Phone

NEW method
Install Hola browser with build in VPN (maybe use Sandbox) I uninstalled it after completion.
Select the free option.
Within the browser selected Turkey and then go to Netflix site and click on chat button. https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus .
Within 5 minutes I got an agent and I asked for a secure form (online) to update my payment details,
I entered my new card account details and it worked straight away. Got billed immediately for this month's fee.
No VPN & no phone needed
Used new National debit card.

    Hmm I was told I had no option but to provide a valid Turkish phone number when my card expired.

    Good to know you were able to bypass.

    Btw you still don't need to at signup.

      For our existing Turkish account, when my card expired, I just updated my card details and closed the window when it asked for my Turkish Phone Number.
      They've been happily billing my new card without the Turkish Number for 2 months now.

    In my experience it’s entirely luck of the draw and up to the agent at the time.

    Gotta wonder if OP just shot themself in the foot by posting this.
    I can just imagine dozens of arrogant, greedy, OzBargainers using that link and demanding that the support agent sends them the secure form, next minute Netflix yells shut ’er down…

      Just create a new account. Migrate the old account profiles to the new one.

    Do you encounter a "your account can not be used in this region" error when you don't have VPN on?
    I encounter this error

      Same. Apparently you need to wait for 30 days.

    depended on vpn, many give you a randoom country, check your vpn country with "whats my IP"
    or use Winscribe vpn
